The Legion National Foundation’s Remembrance Teaching Guide for Children and Youth was originally designed by The Royal Canadian Legion and will continue to be offered within school systems across the country through support from the Foundation.

The guide includes information about Canadian military history and significant Canadian symbols, and instills in our youth the importance of Remembrance. The interactive guide includes websites and multimedia. The current topics covered are:

  • On the Home Front
  • Statistics
  • Significant Dates in Canada’s Military History

Any future updates or additions to the guide will be undertaken by the Foundation.
